I started training with Lina about 8 months before my wedding because I wanted to get back into my best shape before walking down the aisle.
I didn't just want to lose weight though, I wanted to make positive lifestyle changes and Lina has been the secret ingredient to achieving both things.
So far I've lost 8kg and counting, over 3 inches on my waist and toned up in ways that not only make me look good but also make me feel strong!
Whilst the physical transformation has been amazing what has really made a difference is that Lina has helped me stay accountable without ever making me feel guilty.
She completely changed the way I saw fitness—it became something I genuinely look forward to and I really enjoy our sessions!
She's helped me change my mindset about fitness, health and nutrition helping in little ways that I can be realistic about integrating into my life - no restrictive and impossible diets or exercise plans!
Beyond all these amazing things Lina has also helped with my health, I suffer with PCOS and graves disease and her help has ensured these hormonal and metabolic conditions are both kept in control without the need for excessive medication.
A few years ago I was hit by a car and long term injuries limited what exercise I could do but with Lina's help and adjustments I've been able to workout pain free.
My wedding is in just over 4 weeks and the transformation physically and mentally is incredible. The photos speak for themselves.
